JOB DETAILS

• Plan training for all levels of managers.
• Develop training plans for staff including: experienced staff/inexperienced staff/new staff joining AHS.
• Develop training programs for the system such as: Real estate law training/hard skills training/soft skills training/English training/dress training/make up training/presentation training...
• Advise the Board of Directors on building training and human resource development strategies.
• Build, monitor and improve training processes in line with company direction.
• Research and recommend materials, equipment, and software for use in employee training and competency testing.
• Consider training needs and goals to determine whether or not to invite additional speakers or trainers.
• Prepare and present training program results reports to the General Director.
