JOB DETAILS

• Check and compare data between internal units, detailed and summary data.
• Accounting for income, expenses, depreciation, fixed assets, debts, other transactions, VAT and office tax reports, preparing company office settlement.
• Monitor the company's office debt and manage the overall debt of the entire company.
• Research and recommend materials, equipment, software, and training for staff and employee competency testing.
• Store cash documents, bank records, payment records according to law and company regulations.
• Prepare financial reports by quarter, 6 months, year and detailed explanatory reports. Report VAT, CIT, PIT monthly, quarterly, yearly.
• Monthly, quarterly and annual VAT, CIT and PIT reports
• Archive and handover of project related documents; Detailed accounting of commissions by project.
• Prepare cash payment documents, bank, bank transactions
• Other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant.
