JOB DETAILS
- Recruiting, training new employees, improving and developing existing sales staff.
- Manage sales activities, support subordinates in analyzing, consulting and closing customers.
- Ensure adequate tools are provided and information is communicated clearly, best preparing sales staff when communicating with customers.
- Develop and design sales implementation plans for each assigned project.
- Develop business plans and strategies for the team to achieve sales targets.
- Advise the Sales Director, Deputy General Director, General Director on business strategy and sales development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Salary: 15,000,000 VND + Commission + Bonus.
