JOB DETAILS
- Recruiting, training new employees, improving and developing existing sales staff.
- Manage sales activities, support subordinates in analyzing, consulting and closing customers.
- Ensure adequate tools are provided and information is communicated clearly, best preparing sales staff when communicating with customers.
- Develop and design sales implementation plans for each assigned project.
- Build business plans and strategies for the team to achieve sales targets
- Advise the CEO on business strategy and sales development.
- Research market information, analyze and evaluate, and make recommendations to improve sales performance.
