Sun Urban City owns a central location connecting the traffic of \u201croad \u2013 rail \u2013 air\u201d of Ha Nam. By road, the project connects with traffic routes such as National Highway 1A, Phap Van \u2013 Cau Gie \u2013 Ninh Binh Expressway, belt routes 3.5, 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regarding railways, the project will benefit from the North-South Expressway, which is expected to start construction in 2027, passing through Phu Ly station. Along with that, the second airport of the capital is expected to be invested in and built in Ung Hoa - Phu Xuyen district (Hanoi), about 25km from Phu Ly, opening the door to connect with the whole country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The project location is also the convergence of three rivers: Chau Giang, Nhue and Day, bringing feng shui value, and is also the center connecting the heritage of the land of "Doi mountain, Chau river" rich in cultural traditions with nearly 2,000 historical and cultural relics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The urban area also creates a driving force, spreading and contributing to the economic restructuring of the province. In addition, with modern and attractive facilities and services, Sun Urban City is expected to become an attractive tourist destination, contributing to realizing the goal of reaching 10 million tourists by 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sun Urban City has a construction density of only 18%, green space and water surface up to 200ha with a complex of 5 large parks, creating an ecological, classy living space, close to nature. These are: festival park; cultural park with the highlight of the fireworks display in the middle of the lake, beer factory, event square...; Sun World park with a scale of nearly 20ha including a water park inspired by traditional water puppetry culture and Wonder Land indoor park, sports park. Finally, there is an ecological park with Kid Universal complex - a children's playground paradise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Sun Urban City urban area also attracts with its key amenities such as the 150m wide, 1.5km long avenue leading to the fireworks square combined with entertainment activities using modern technology. This will be the venue for major events and festivals in Ha Nam in the future.
